In 2010, The Admin Source was acquired by Speechpad but continued to operate as a distinct branch of the organization. As of Spring 2014, the companies have merged into one system under the Speechpad name.

At The Admin Source, we do specialized editing to clean up your transcripts. For example, we edit out any uhms and uhs, false starts, stutters, and talk relating specifically to audio issues that aren’t relevant to the transcript. With this level of editing, transcribers and proofreaders for The Admin Source are specially trained to clean the transcripts up without altering the personality or message of the speaker, and without paraphrasing or summarizing. The professional documents we create are perfect to pass on to your clients or customers, to turn into information products, to use for home study courses, and more.

Pricing

We have three pricing tiers available

• Rush: Turnaround of up to 2 business days for $2.45 per audio minute.
• Standard: Turnaround of up to 5 business days for $1.95 per audio minute.
• Budget Turnaround of up to 10 business days for $1.62 per audio minute.

What does this mean for me?

Customers of The Admin Source will continue to receive the same great product from the same great team, while benefiting from the ever-expanding features of the Speechpad platform.

In most cases, you won’t have any changes to worry about. You may continue to submit media to The Admin Source team through the mechanism you are already comfortable with. Additionally, there are no changes to pricing, transcript delivery, invoicing, or payments.

I used to upload media directly to The Admin Source. Now what?
If you are a customer of The Admin Source, you already have a Speechpad account! You can upload and order media directly on Speechpad right away.
