Although advances in artificial intelligence have improved over the years, I feel it still falls short of human intelligence to be able to recognise certain accents of speakers, background noises, and technical terminology where accuracy is most important. Speechpad has always provided highly accurate transcriptions at a very reasonable price and the turnaround time is incredible, always sooner than expected! Also, if I have had any questions or problems they have amazing customer service! They respond promptly and are so helpful! I highly recommend their services!
